At Skyline Mattress, your comfort matters most. We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery if you receive a defective or damaged product, the wrong size, or a mattress with a manufacturing fault. Accessories such as pillows, protectors, and bedsheets can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used mattresses cannot be returned unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI. To initiate a return, you must contact us at skylinemattress25@gmail.com or via WhatsApp/phone within the return window, share your order details and reason for return, and our team will arrange a pickup (where available) or guide you through the return shipping process.
